AJ & RG Barber Ltd was founded in 1955 when brothers Jack and Gerald Barber were at the helm of the business. Under the guidance of the two brothers the foundation of the company that exists today was laid, with their respective sons Paul and Nicholas, now joint Managing Directors, working in the business since leaving school. The company has gone from strength to strength over the last 50 years with significant developments in the business having taken place under the tenure of cousins Paul and Nicholas.

The fifth generation of the family are now in the business, Christopher Barber is now a Director and has taken over much of the running of the farm from Paul. Charles and Giles Barber are heavily involved in sales, marketing and exports. Anthony Barber oversees Dairy and production management also the whey processing plant.
