Maximising Resources:

Barber's dairy herds graze on good quality pasture to produce the excellent milk which is the base element of cheesemaking. The whey, which is a by-product of the process, is used as animal feed and the by-product of keeping animals is used to fertilise the pasture. "The Dairy Cycle" is Barber's way of maximising resources which helps to care for the environment.
